Meeting Room Rentals

Instructions: To reserve a meeting room at City on a Hill, please complete the following steps:
  1. Download the Meeting Room Rental Agreement Form here. (includes pricing info)
  2. Complete form and return to City on a Hill well in advance to check the availability of space.  
  3. Allow 5 business days for a reply.
  4. If the date is available, a copy of your request and confirmation will be returned to your mail folder with approval signature. If the date is not available, your request form will be marked "unavailable". PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE YOUR DATES UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM CITY ON A HILL.
