Bring a team to City on a Hill!!!

City on a Hill is a place where people who give also receive, as they learn to demonstrate Christ's love to the community around them.

City on a Hill has become a catalyst to revitalize our inner city neighborhood. Now you can use our ministry as a catalyst to spur evangelism and compassionate outreach in your church.

• Bring a team for a day of service
• Bring a group for a weekend of ministry and spend the night in our dormitories
• Encourage your men's ministry to take on a work project or room renovation
• Suggest that your women's, singles' or youth ministry send volunteer teams
• Bring a group to City on a Hill to help volunteer for a neighborhood outreach and be involved in hands on ministry!

Saturday Service Days NEW!!! 2008 Dates

Saturday Service Days are specific days that are set aside to volunteer around the facilities of City on a Hill. There will be a variety of projects available based on need and skill. All participants need to bring their own lunch, beverages will be provided by City on a Hill. Service Days start at 10am and go until 4:30pm.  For those driving long distances, housing is available.  Download  NEW!! 2008 flyer.  For more information, contact Brooke or Marguerit at 414-931-6670.

If you'd like to schedule a trip,  here's what you should do:

1. Contact City on a Hill to find an available date.

2. Once you find an available date by contacting City on a Hill, download the SERVICE GROUP FORM . Complete and send form to City on a Hill at least 3 weeks prior to desired date.

3. Once the agreement form is sent to City on a Hill, we will send you a letter, confirming your date. Your date is reserved when the confirmation letter has been sent to you. Please do not advertise dates with your church until this process has been completed.

4. Download & distribute the RELEASE FORM for participants 18 years old & older. Download the PARENT PERMISSION SLIP for participants under the age of 18. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ONE OF THESE TWO FORMS.

5. To advertise, contact COAH about receiving our logo and/or promo DVD to help promote your trip.

6. At least 3 days prior to your trip, call City on a Hill to confirm final group numbers.

7. On the day of the trip, collect the release forms from all participants and bring to City on a Hill.

If any changes need to be made regarding your trip, please contact COAH as soon as possible.
